Terms and Conditions

Return Policy


We 100% Guarantee that your Led Sign and/or Neon Sign will arrive to you in excellent condition. We have less than a 1% breakage rate.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately contact us so we can promptly resolve it for you.

SHIPPING DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING THE SIGN. NO EXCEPTIONS.


Cancellation

If you cancel your order before the item has shipped, we will reduce our 20% restocking fee to a 10% cancellation fee. This does not apply to custom, outdoor, or stock signs with modifications ( flashing, color changes). There are no refunds or exchanges on customized and outdoor signs.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of the product, there are no refunds accepted, only exchanges.

If you need to exchange something, please contact us within 1 business day of receiving your order for authorization for the exchange. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all exchanges, and we will only accept authorized exchanges within 1 business day as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. Beyond this period, all sales are final.

* Due to the nature of international shipping, Canadian returns are the full responsibility of the buyer. If your sign arrives damaged, you will need to file a claim directly with UPS by calling 1-800-742-5877 or by their online request form. Once we receive confirmation from UPS about your specific claim, we can ship a replacement. If UPS denies your claim, we will be glad to repair your sign but you will be responsible for the shipping and any custom/import fees, to and from our facility.

* Custom Signs - There are absolutely no returns or exchanges for custom signs or custom products. Please make sure that you verify all information prior to ordering.

For your protection, please be sure to send back the item in the original shipping container and insure the product for the full value. 



Warranty Policy

For Items Damaged by the Shipping Company: Upon initial arrival of product: All orders are guaranteed to arrive without breakage. If upon delivery (and following the instructions for testing) the product does not light, please contact us within 1 business day of the arrival of your product. A damage call tag will be issued with UPS for the pick up and return of the product for repair or replacement. UPS will pick up (within 72 hours) the damaged product for inspection and return the item to our warehouse after this routine inspection. Please allow us 4-8 business days to return the repaired, or a replacement sign.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you fail to notify us of shipping damage within 2 business days of the sign's arrival, we will be unable to file a damage claim, and therefore unable to help you. We are unable to make exceptions.

1-Year Warranty on Electrical Parts Only

Please keep all original packaging for the duration of the warranty period.

Under warranty terms, customers will be responsible for the initial shipping (to our warehouse) for testing.

All Neon sign products carry a one (1) year limited warranty from date of purchase. Warranty covers only the electrical parts of the sign. Warranty does not cover customer negligence or physical damage. The warranty is based on the product being returned for evaluation in the original box. Product not returned in its original packaging will null & void the original warranty.

You must contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization Number (RA #) prior to shipping the product back to us. Your return authorization number must be clearly visible on the outside of the carton that is being returned.

Important Note: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item to our warehouse for warranty service. Ledopensign.com will bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement sign.


Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Please allow 4-8 business days to ship the repaired, or a replacement product.

Cancellations

We work hard to make sure that all our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, we will try to credit your card the same business day, but ONLY if your order has not already been processed. Please note that you cannot cancel your order after it has been processed and/or shipped. Depending on your credit card's processes, it may take 5-7 business days before you see the credit on your statement. If you have any questions or concerns about your cancellation, please feel free to contact us.

If our Company shares your information with a subsidiary or joint venture partner, our Company will require that they not transfer your information to another party for marketing purposes or use your information contrary to your expressed choices. If you have indicated that you do not want to receive any marketing information from our Company, we will not share your information with our subsidiary or joint venture partner for their marketing purposes.

  • Co-branded and Partner Pages: Our Company may share information with partner companies who jointly present special offers or promotions on co-branded pages within our site. You will be notified of this sharing when you are asked to furnish personal data on such a page. The partner's use of any information you submit will be governed by the partner's own privacy notice, which you can review before submitting your information.

  • Business Transfers: Our Company reserves the right to transfer your personal information in connection with the sale or transfer of all or a portion of our business or assets. If the business is sold or transferred, our Company will give you an opportunity to tell us not to transfer your personal information. In some cases, this may mean that the new organization will not be able to continue providing to you the services or products that our Company provided.

  • Law Enforcement: Our Company may disclose personal information to third parties without your consent for any of the following reasons: to comply with any law, regulation or court order, to cooperate with Government investigations, to help prevent fraud or to enforce or protect the rights of our Company or its subsidiaries.

For example, our Company may conduct a joint offer or contest with a third party and you will be asked whether your personal information should be shared with that third party.


Online Shopping

If you order services or products directly from our Company we will use the personal information you provide only to process that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

If you complete an order for some other company(ies) that may be linked to our Site, such as an online gift order sent directly to a recipient, you may be asked to provide information about the recipient, such as the recipient's name, address, and phone number. Our company has no control over the third parties' use of any personal information you provide when placing such an order. Please exercise care when doing so. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the Privacy and Terms of Use policies of any other company(ies) whose web sites you may access from our site.

Online Advertisements


Our company may display our online advertisements. In those cases we share aggregated and non-identifying information about our Visitors and Members collected through the registration process as well as through online surveys and promotions with these advertisers.

Additionally, in some instances, we use this aggregated and non-identifying information to deliver tailored advertisements or joint ventures. For instance, an advertiser or joint venture company tells us the audience they want to reach and provides us an advertisement tailored to the audience. Based upon the aggregated and non-identifying information we have collected, we may then display or send the advertisement to the intended audience. Our company does not share personal information about its Visitors or Members with these advertisers or joint venture companies. Information about how to opt-out of online advertisements you may receive from our Company will be contained in the ads themselves.

Responses to Email Inquiries


When Visitors or Members send email inquiries to our company, the return email address is used to answer the email inquiry we receive. Our company does not use the return email address for any other purpose and does not share the return email address with any third party.

We may periodically conduct both business and individual customer surveys. We encourage our customers to participate in these surveys because they provide us with important information that helps us to improve the types of products and services we offer and how we provide them to you.
